The empty FW Mixed Media Markers can therefore create unlimited individual colours through mixing and dilution.

Create your own colour.

The barrels and nibs can be washed out with water if you wish to change inks. If you are using acrylics, acrylic inks or drawing inks, simply fill the markers from the tube or (if mixing your own colour) add paint using a dropper pipette. If using watercolours, add water, then squeeze a few drops from your watercolour tube or tubes into the top of the barrel. Please be aware that paints such as pearlescent or metallic acrylics which contain mica crystals or sizeable particles will not work in Daler-Rowney FW Mixed Media Paint Markers, as the particles will block the passage of ink through the nib.

Instructions.

These markers are pump markers, which means that they must be pressed against the paper a few times before use, to allow the ink to saturate the fibre tip. It is best to perform this operation on a spare sheet of paper. Markers should be shaken before use and stored horizontally with the cap on when not in use. Daler-Rowney FW Mixed Media Markers are available in 8 different Paint Marker Sets ranging from small to large barrels and can be equiped with a selection of nibs suitable for technical drawing, illustration and street art.

Wide variety of nibs available.

Daler-Rowney FW Mixed Media Paint Marker replacement nib sets are available in a variety of nib sizes matching the different marker head sizes.
Each pack contains a number of nibs suitable for use with FW Mixed Media Paint Markers:

0.8mm Technical x 8 FW Mixed Media Markers Nibs.
These nibs can be used with the 101, 102, 103 and 104 Markers.

1-2mm Round x 12 FW Mixed Media Markers Nibs.
These nibs can be used with the 101, 102, 103, 104 and 201 Markers.

1-3mm Chisel x 12 FW Mixed Media Markers Nibs.
These nibs can be used with the 101, 102, 103, 104, and 201 Markers.

1mm Hard Point x 10 FW Mixed Media Markers Nibs.
These nibs can be used with the 101, 102, 103 and 104 Markers.

2-4mm Round x 12 FW Mixed Media Markers Nibs.
These nibs can be used with the 201 and 202 Markers.

2-6mm Chisel x 12 FW Mixed Media Markers Nibs.
These nibs can be used with the 201, 202 and 203 Markers.

8-15mm Flat x 3 FW Mixed Media Markers Nibs.
These nibs can be used with the 301 Markers.
