The dilution ratio depends on your concrete mix design. Finding the right balance between \u003cstrong\u003eAquaCon™\u003c\/strong\u003e and water can affect bug holes. If using on a new rubber mold, it is recommended that \u003cstrong\u003eAquaCon™\u003c\/strong\u003e be used straight (undiluted) for each casting for the first 10 castings. 1 – 10 castings, use undiluted. After 10 castings, dilute 1 part \u003cstrong\u003eAquaCon™\u003c\/strong\u003e : 4 Parts Water After 20 castings, dilute 1 part \u003cstrong\u003eAquaCon™\u003c\/strong\u003e : 8 Parts Water Mix only amount needed for one day. Mixture may separate in the container after a few hours. Before dispensing, pre-mix before to a uniform consistency.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eApplying\u003c\/em\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003e- Coat mold surface with a very thin film (.0005 in \/ .013 mm). Apply with a brush, roller, HVLP gun or \u003cstrong\u003eKwikee™ Sprayer\u003c\/strong\u003e. Do not allow release agent to pool in the mold. Wipe over mold surface using a clean, soft cloth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCaution: Do Not Over Apply.\u003c\/strong\u003e Applying too much release agent will cause air bubbles “wormtracks”, “bugholes” or pitting on surfaces. After applying \u003cstrong\u003eAquaCon™\u003c\/strong\u003e to mold surface, you can mix and cast concrete immediately.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMixture may separate after 24 hours.\u003c\/strong\u003e If mixture separates, re-mix to a uniform consistency and apply.
